BUILDING WITH COMBINED USE OF NATURAL VENTILATION AND FORCIBLE VENTILATION
To provide a building with combined use of natural ventilation and forcible ventilation, which uses a natural ventilation increasing phenomenon in a building which occurs in a winter season, secures a necessary amount of ventilation of the building with a minimum fan power, switches between natural ventilation and forcible ventilation or maintains an optimization of the necessary amount of ventilation, and reduces the ventilation cost of an air supply fan.SOLUTION: A ventilation blowing unit 16 having an outside air purification filter 18 and an air supply fan 19 is arranged in a building main body having an air tight structure having an exhaust port at a high position separated from an outside air introduction port such that the ventilation blowing unit 16 is in communication with the inside of the building main body from the outside air introduction port. The ventilation blowing unit 16 performs type-2 ventilation, which introduces outside air into the building main body from the outside air introduction port and discharges inside air from the exhaust port. The ventilation blowing unit 16 comprises an air supply fan control device for controlling an outside air supply volume of the air supply fan 19 according to a change in an outside air temperature detected by an outside air temperature sensor 22, and selecting natural air supply or forcible air supply or using both of them in combination to stably supply a necessary ventilation volume to the building main body throughout the year.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】冬季に生じる建屋の自然換気量増加現象を利用し、最小限のフアン動力で建屋の必要換気量を確保し、また自然換気と強制換気を切り替え、或いは併用して必要換気量の適正化を維持し、かつ給気ファンの換気コストを低減する自然換気及び強制換気併用式建屋を提供する。【解決手段】外気導入口から離間する高所に排気口を設けた気密構造の建屋本体に、外気浄化フィルター18と給気ファン19を有する換気送風ユニット16を外気導入口から建屋本体内に連通して設ける。換気送風ユニット16は外気導入口から屋本体内に外気を導入し、屋内空気は排気口から押出し排出する第2種換気を行う。換気送風ユニット16には、外気温度センサ22が検知する外気温度の変化に応じて給気ファン19による外気供給量を制御し、自然給気と強制給気を選択し、又は併用して建屋本体内に必要換気量を通年安定供給する給気ファン制御装置が設けてある。【選択図】図2
