To solve the problem of an overhead garage door using a wooden panel that: noise generates because the door size of a garage is large, the weight of the panel is heavy, and the load at the time of lifting/lowering the connected panels is high; and working the shape of a wooden panel connection part for reducing such noise deforms the wood in the lateral frame and the connection part of the panel due to the repetition of the lifting/lowering of the panel, wetting and drying, resulting in noise generation.SOLUTION: An overhead door is configured to prevent noise generation in such a manner that: light alloy such as aluminum alloy is used for a horizontal frame and a connection part, which are easily deformed when made of wood; a frame is formed by combining a wooden vertical frame with a horizontal frame formed into a shape hardly generating noise even when the connection part is fitted by extrusion molding; and panels of wooden boards glued together are connected to the opening side of a building while leaving the texture of a wooden door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木製のパネルを使用したオーバーヘッド式のガレージドアは、ガレージの扉サイズが大きくパネルの重量が重く連結されたパネルの昇降時の負荷が高く騒音が発生する。そのため木製のパネル連結部の形状に加工を施し騒音の発生を低下させるがパネルの昇降の繰り返しや、湿潤、乾燥により、パネルの横フレームや連結部に木材の変形が生じ、騒音を発生させる欠点があった。【解決手段】木材では変形が生じやすい横フレームと連結部をアルミニウム合金などの軽合金を使用し、連結部を押出成形で嵌合しても騒音が発生しにくい形状にした横フレームに木の縦フレーを組み合わせた枠を作り、その建物開口部側に木の板を接着剤で貼りつけたパネルを連結させ木製ドアの風合いを残しながら騒音の発生を防ぐ構造にする。【選択図】図2
