To provide a point cloud data processing system capable of appropriately evaluating soundness of a slope surface.SOLUTION: A point cloud data processing system includes: extraction means (extraction processing unit 22) that performs extraction processing of extracting point cloud data including a region of a slope surface from point cloud data T acquired by a point cloud data acquisition device 10; and a soundness evaluation unit 23 (evaluation means) that evaluates soundness of the slope surface on the basis of a predetermined index related to the slope surface by utilizing the point cloud data extracted by the extraction means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
