To provide a waterproof plate device capable of reliably standing a waterproof plate in situations where waterproofing is required.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate device 1 includes: a waterproof plate 4 pivotally attached to a case 3 so as to rotate vertically between the lying position and the standing position; and a standing mechanism that pushes the waterproof plate 4 up to the upright position. The waterproof plate device 1 also includes: a first standing mechanism 5, which operates with electricity as the driving source; and a second standing mechanism 6 for an abnormal operation that operates with a drive source other than electricity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
