PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new constitution for regulating a fall of a waterproof plate, in a constitution for housing-storing the waterproof plate in an upper part such as a doorway of a building.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate device comprises a waterproof plate 1 movable along a vertically extending guide rail 21 and a regulation member 32 for regulating the waterproof plate 1 in moving on the guide rail 21 at a predetermined speed or more. According to such a waterproof plate device, the movement (a descent) of an ordinary waterproof plate is not regulated, and when causing a movement of the predetermined speed or more, for example, when the waterproof plate falls when a wire is cut, this fall can be regulated. The waterproof plate 1 can be prevented from descending on the guide rail 21 at the predetermined speed or more by regulation of this fall.
【課題】建物の出入口などの上方に防水板を収納保管する構成において、防水板の落下を規制するための新たな構成を提案する。【解決手段】上下に延びるガイドレール２１に沿って移動可能な防水板１と、防水板１が所定速度以上でガイドレール２１を移動することを規制する規制部材３２と、を備えた防水板装置とする。このような防水板装置によれば、通常の防水板の移動（降下）は規制されず、所定速度以上の移動が生じた際、例えば、ワイヤが切断して防水板が落下した場合に、この落下を規制することができる。そして、この落下の規制により、防水板１が所定速度以上でガイドレール２１を下降することを防ぐことができる。【選択図】図２
