To make it possible to easily support reinforcing rods on an installation surface when providing the reinforcing rods arranged between a center pillar and the installation surface in a tilted form, in a waterproof plate device in which the center pillar is provided which supports adjacent side edges of waterproof plates adjacent on the left and right sides.SOLUTION: A reinforcing rod 8 is configured to be detachably supported on an installation surface F by using a connecting member 10 having guide receiving pieces 10b at both front and rear end edges, and pivotally supporting a lower end of the reinforcing rod 8 between the front and rear of the guide receiving pieces 10b so as to be vertically swingable, and a support member 11 mounted on the installation surface F and having a support groove 11b formed in the front and rear to guide the guide receiving pieces 10b to mounting positions so as to be slidable in a horizontal direction and to support the guide receiving pieces 10b at the mounting positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】左右に隣接する防水板の隣接側端縁部を支持する中柱が設けられた防水板装置において、中柱と設置面とのあいだに傾斜状に配される補強杆を設けるにあたり、補強杆を設置面に簡単に支持できるようにする。【解決手段】前後両端縁部に案内受け片部１０ｂを有し、これら案内受け片部１０ｂの前後間に補強杆８の下端部を上下方向揺動自在に軸支した連結部材１０と、設置面Ｆに取り付けられ、案内受け片部１０ｂを取り付け位置まで左右方向スライド移動自在に案内するとともに取り付け位置で案内受け片部１０ｂを支持する支持溝部１１ｂが前後に形成された支持部材１１とを用いて、補強杆８を設置面Ｆに係脱自在に支持する構成にした。【選択図】 図３
