To provide a heat-blocking thermal insulation coating composition with which it is possible to form a coating film having sufficient adhesiveness to a base material and excellent heat-blocking thermal insulation properties.SOLUTION: A heat-blocking thermal insulation coating composition includes: an aqueous emulsion of an acrylic acid ester-methacrylic acid ester-styrene copolymer or acrylic acid ester-styrene copolymer in a range of 35-50 mass%; a rutile titanium dioxide in a range of 20-30 mass%; and acryl hollow beads in a range of 5-20 mass%, relative to a total amount of the coating composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基材に対する十分な付着性と優れた遮熱断熱性とを備える塗膜を形成することができる遮熱断熱性塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】遮熱断熱性塗料組成物は、塗料組成物の全量に対し、３５～５０質量％の範囲のアクリル酸エステル－メタクリル酸エステル－スチレン共重合物又はアクリル酸エステル－スチレン共重合物の水性エマルジョンと、２０～３０質量％の範囲のルチル型二酸化チタンと、５～２０質量％の範囲のアクリル中空ビーズとを含む。【選択図】 図２
