To provide a non-combustible heat-insulation panel that has good adhesiveness even when a thermoplastic resin foam is used as a core material and is highly evaluated as a non-combustible material.SOLUTION: Provided is a non-combustible heat-insulation panel, which is a noncombustible heat-insulation panel having metal surface materials 30 and 30 pasted on both sides of a heat-insulation board 10 via adhesive layers 21 and 22, and in which convexoconcave 11 is formed on at least one surface of the heat insulation board 10, and concave portions 12 are filled with expanded graphite or a filler composed of the expanded graphite and a binder material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】芯材として熱可塑性樹脂発泡体を用いた場合であっても、接着性が良く、且つ、不燃材料としての評価が高い不燃性断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】断熱板１０の両面に接着層２１，２２を介して金属表面材３０，３０を貼付した不燃性断熱パネルにおいて、断熱板１０の少なくとも一方の表面に凹凸１１を形成し、凹部１２内に、膨張黒鉛、もしくは該膨張黒鉛とバインダー材からなる充填剤を充填する。【選択図】図１
