The present invention relates to a semi-noncombustible exterior insulation panel for construction. The semi-noncombustible exterior insulation panel comprises: an insulator (10) formed by injecting and hardening a foamable insulation material into a mold; a first incombustible surface material (20) integrally molded on a front surface of the insulator (10); a second incombustible surface material (30) integrally molded on a rear surface of the insulator (10); a rod-shaped reinforcing material (40) installed between the first surface material (20) and the second surface material (50); and an incombustible metal film (50) formed to surround an edge surface of the insulator (10). According to the present invention, an incombustible inorganic board is integrally molded on both surfaces of the foamed insulator (10), and at the same time, the edge surface of the insulator (10) is wrapped with the incombustible metal film (50) to prevent exposure of the insulator (10) to the outside. Therefore, both insulation and incombustibility can be improved.
본 발명은 건축용 준불연 외장단열패널에 관한 것으로서, 성형몰드 내에 발포성 단열소재를 주입 경화시켜 형성되는 단열재(10); 단열재(10)의 전면에 일체로 성형된 불연성의 제1표면재(20); 단열재(10)의 후면에 일체로 성형된 불연성의 제2표면재(30); 제1표면재(20)와 제2표면재(30) 간에 설치되는 봉체로 된 힘살재(40); 단열재(10)의 테두리 면을 감싸게 형성되는 불연성의 금속필름(50); 을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 발포성 단열재(10)의 양면에 불연성의 무기질보드를 일체로 성형함과 동시에 단열재(10)의 테두리 면을 불연성의 금속필름(50)으로 감싸서 단열재(10)의 외부 노출을 차단함으로써 단열성과 불연성을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a semi-noncombustible exterior insulation panel for construction.
