To provide a cement concrete with reduced CO2 emissions and improved strength development while containing food materials, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A cement concrete is produced by hardening and carbonation-curing a cement composition containing cement, an admixture and food materials. A production method of the cement concrete includes a process of kneading a cement composition containing cement, admixtures and food materials with water to make cement slurry, a process of filling the cement slurry into a form, a process of curing the cement slurry filled in the form and then removing the form to make a hydrated hardened body, and a process of carbonation-curing the hydrated hardened body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ＣＯ２の排出量を低減し、食材を含みながらも強度発現性が向上したセメントコンクリート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセメントコンクリートは、セメントと、混和材と、食材とを含むセメント組成物を硬化及び炭酸化養生してなるものである。また、セメントコンクリートの製造方法は、セメント、混和材及び食材を含むセメント組成物と水とを混練してセメントスラリーを作製する工程、セメントスラリーを型枠に充填する工程、型枠に充填したセメントスラリーを養生した後、型枠を取り外して水和硬化体を作製する工程、及び水和硬化体を炭酸化養生する工程を含む。【選択図】なし
