FASTENING DEVICE FOR WEDGE FASTENING SCAFFOLDING
To provide a fastening device for a wedge fastening type scaffold, which improves durability by reducing a load acting on a predetermined component when fastening is released, and more reliably prevents a wedge from escaping upward from a wedge guide member.SOLUTION: The fastening device for a wedge fastening type scaffold includes a receiving metal fitting 2 joined to the outer periphery of a support 1 and a locking metal fitting 4 attached to the end of a cloth material 3. The locking metal fitting 4 includes a U-shaped wedge guide member 5 that opens forward when viewed from the top and a wedge 6 having a substantially vertically elongated plate-like shape and arranged vertically movably within the wedge guide member 5 so that a part of its length protrudes. A wedge upper retainer 62 protruding horizontally outward is provided at the lower end of the wedge 6 so as to come into contact with the lower end of the wedge guide member 5 when the wedge 6 is moved upward by striking the lower end of the wedge 6 upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】緊結解除時に所定の構成部品に作用する荷重を軽減させて耐久性を向上させるとともに、くさびがくさび案内部材から上方へ脱出するのがより確実に防止されるくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱1の外周に接合された受け金具2および布材3の端部に取り付けられた係止金具4とよりなり、係止金具4は、平面より見て前方開口コ字形のくさび案内部材5と、略縦長板状の形状を有し、長さの一部が突出するようにくさび案内部材5内に上下移動自在に配置されたくさび6とを備え、くさび6の下端部に、くさび6の下端部を叩き上げてくさび6を上方に移動させた際にくさび案内部材5の下端に当接しうるように水平方向外方に突出したくさび上方抜け止め部62が設けられている。【選択図】図４
