GUIDE MECHANISM OF TOOL
To reduce a burden on a body of a worker who conducts work at a work object portion by using a tool.SOLUTION: A guide mechanism 30 is provided at a work object BG (22) having a work object portion, where work using a tool 2 is conducted, and guides a movement of the tool 2. The guide mechanism 30 includes: a holding part 33 which holds the tool 2; movable parts 31, 32 which are disposed near the work object portion and configured to support the holding part 33 and move the holding part 33 in multiple directions; and a fixing part 31c fixed to the work object portion BG (22). An arm-like member 32 forming the movable parts 31, 32 includes: an attachment part 32a which is attached to a rail-like member 31 and moves along the rail-like member 31; a first arm 32b attached to the attachment part 32a; and a second arm 32c which is connected to the first arm 32b in an expandable and contractable manner. The arm-like member 32 is configured to be move the holding part 33 in a direction orthogonal to a lengthwise direction of the rail-like member 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】工具を用いて作業対象箇所における作業を行う作業員の身体への負担を軽減する。【解決手段】工具２を用いた作業が行われる作業対象箇所を有する作業対象物ＢＧ（２２）に設けられて工具２の移動をガイドするガイド機構３０が、工具２を保持する保持部３３と、作業対象箇所の近傍に配置されるとともに保持部３３を支持し、保持部３３を複数方向に移動可能に構成された移動部３１，３２と、作業対象物ＢＧ（２２）に固定される固定部３１ｃと、を備え、移動部３１，３２を構成するアーム状部材３２は、レール状部材３１に取り付けられて当該レール状部材３１に沿って移動する取付部３２ａと、取付部３２ａに取り付けられた第一アーム３２ｂと、第一アーム３２ｂに対して伸縮動作可能に連結された第二アーム３２ｃと、を備えて、保持部３３をレール状部材３１の長さ方向と直交する方向に移動可能に構成されている。【選択図】図９
