TOOL GUIDE MECHANISM
To reduce a burden on the body of a worker who works in a work object position with a tool.SOLUTION: A guide mechanism 40 is provided at a work object BG (22) having a work object position where work is performed with a tool 2 to guide movement of the tool 2 and includes: a holding part 43 which holds the tool 2; and moving parts 41, 42 which are disposed near the work object position and configured to support the holding part 43 and move the holding part 43 in multiple directions. The moving parts have: a columnar mast member 41 provided at the work object position; and an arm-like member 42 which rotates around an axis relative to the mast member 41. The arm-like member 42 includes: a first arm 42b; and a second arm 42c in which the holding part 43 is provided at its tip. The holding part 43 is formed along the mast member in an elongated shape and holds the tool 2 in a state that the tool 2 may move along a direction that the tool 2 moves close to the work object position and a direction that the tool 2 moves away from the work object position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】工具を用いて作業対象箇所における作業を行う作業員の身体への負担を軽減する。【解決手段】工具２を用いた作業が行われる作業対象箇所を有する作業対象物ＢＧ（２２）に設けられて工具２の移動をガイドするガイド機構４０が、工具２を保持する保持部４３と、作業対象箇所の近傍に配置されるとともに保持部４３を支持し、保持部４３を複数方向に移動可能に構成された移動部４１，４２を備える。移動部は、作業対象箇所に設けられる円柱状のマスト部材４１と、マスト部材４１に対して軸周りに回転するアーム状部材４２を有し、アーム状部材４２は、第一アーム４２ｂと、先端部に保持部４３が設けられた第二アーム４２ｃを備え、保持部４３は、マスト部材に沿って長尺に形成されて、工具２を、作業対象箇所に対して近接する方向及び離間する方向に沿って移動可能な状態に保持している。【選択図】図１３
