BUILDING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
To provide an air conditioning system for a building capable of improving comfort of a living space.SOLUTION: A living space is airtightly surrounded by a building with basic insulation material, exterior insulation material, and roof insulation material, and rooms surrounded by an interior material are provided in the living space. There is formed an air layer in a frame including an air layer under the floor, an air layer in a wall frame, and an air layer in the ceiling/attic, which communicate with each other by forming gaps between the basic insulation material, the exterior insulation material, the roof insulation material, and the interior material. An air layer in the duct that forms a part of the air layer in the frame is provided in the partition wall between adjacent rooms. A plurality of radiators are provided in the air layer under the floor. The radiators are arranged in the vicinity of at least the air layer in the wall frame of the air layer in the wall frame and the air layer in the duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住空間の快適性を向上できる建築物の空調システムを提供する。【解決手段】建築物に基礎断熱材、外張断熱材及び屋根断熱材によって気密可能に囲まれて住空間が形成され、住空間に内装材によって囲まれた部屋が設けられ、基礎断熱材、外張断熱材及び屋根断熱材と、内装材との間にそれぞれ隙間が形成されて互いに連通する床下空気層、壁躯体内空気層、天井・屋根裏空気層を含む躯体内空気層が形成される。隣り合う部屋同士の隔壁内に、躯体内空気層の一部を形成するダクト内空気層が設けられる。床下空気層には、複数の放熱器が設けられる。放熱器は、壁躯体内空気層およびダクト内空気層のうち少なくとも壁躯体内空気層の近傍に配置される。【選択図】図1
