CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CUTTING AND SEPARATING CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB AND MAIN GIRDER
To improve cutting efficiency when a joint part between a concrete floor slab and a main girder is cut.SOLUTION: A cutting device for forming a cutting plane along a main girder of a bridge at a joint part between a concrete floor slab and the main girder, the cutting device comprises: an endless wire saw arranged across the main girder; a pair of front support devices and a pair of rear support devices, which are placed across the main girder and support a driven pulley around which the wire saw is hung and which moves along the main girder, a storage mechanism, which is placed on the lower side of the concrete floor slab and houses the extra length of the wire saw, drive mechanisms, which are respectively arranged on both sides across the main girder and make the wire saw run around; and a tension adjustment mechanism, which corresponds to each of the drive mechanisms and apply the tension required for forming the cutting plane to the wire saw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート床版と主桁との接合部を切断する際の切断効率を向上することである。【解決手段】橋梁のコンクリート床版と主桁との接合部に、前記主桁に沿う切断面を形成する切断装置であって、前記主桁を跨いで配置されるエンドレス状のワイヤーソーと、前記主桁を挟んで配置され、前記ワイヤーソーが掛け回される従動プーリを支持するとともに、前記主桁に沿って移動する一対のフロント支持装置及び一対のリア支持装置と、前記コンクリート床版の下方側に配置され、前記ワイヤーソーの余長部を収納するストレージ機構と、前記主桁を挟んだ両側にそれぞれ配置され、前記ワイヤーソーを周回走行させる駆動機構と、前記駆動機構各々に対応し、前記切断面の形成に必要な張力を前記ワイヤーソーに付与する張力調整機構と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
