FLOOR SLAB CUTTING SEPARATION SYSTEM AND CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB-MAIN GIRDER CUTTING SEPARATION METHOD
To efficiently cut and separate a concrete floor slab and a main girder by effectively utilizing a narrow working space below an existing floor slab.SOLUTION: A floor slab cutting separation system for forming a cut face at a joint between a concrete floor slab and a main girder of a bridge comprises: mobile devices forming a pair across the main girder and moving along the main girder on the lower side of the concrete floor slab; and a cutting device including driven pulleys provided at the respective mobile devices and wire saws hanging around the driven pulleys. The driven pulleys are provided in a standing posture to rotate in a direction crossing the cut face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設床版下の狭隘な作業空間を有効に活用し、効率よくコンクリート床版と主桁とを切断分離することである。【解決手段】橋梁のコンクリート床版と主桁との接合部に切断面を形成する床版切断分離システムであって、前記主桁を挟んで対をなし、前記コンクリート床版の下方で前記主桁に沿って移動する移動装置と、該移動装置各々に設けられる従動プーリと、該従動プーリに掛け回されるワイヤーソーと、を含む切断装置を備え、前記従動プーリが、前記切断面と交差する方向に回転する立設姿勢で設けられている。【選択図】図２
