【課題】トイレの手洗いの温水装置の温水が、手洗いの栓を開くと同時に温水が出る温水装置を提供する。また、電力の使用量を最低にしながら冬季、夏季に関係なく適温の温水が出る温水装置を提供する。【解決手段】１００Ｖ電源に絶縁変圧器の１００Ｖ側を接続し、絶縁変圧器の低圧側に電熱線と半導体スイッチを直列に接続したものを接続し、水道栓のハンドル以外の露出金属部分の表面を絶縁し、その上に電熱線を巻き、この電熱線と半導体スイッチを直列接続したものを、絶縁変圧器の低圧側に接続する。【選択図】図１
