To provide a control device for a gripping type excavation posting vehicle which can detect that a columnar object gripped by a gripping part reaches a hole bottom of a pole construction hole.SOLUTION: A gripping type excavation posting vehicle includes a boom provided on a vehicle body, a gripping part for gripping a columnar object, a support mechanism for changing the attitude of the gripping part to the tip of the boom, a gripping part load detector 125 for detecting a load acting on the gripping part in the state where the gripping part grips the columnar object, an operation control part 102 for controlling operations of the boom, the gripping part and the support mechanism according to the operation of an operation device 31, and a load determination part 106 for regulating downward movement of the gripping part, in the case where the load detected by the gripping part load detector 125 is reduced to be equal to or lower than a prescribed threshold load, when the gripping part gripping the columnar object is moved downward by operating the boom and the support mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
