METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MAIN GIRDER FOR FLOOR SLAB AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING FLOOR SLAB
To shorten an on-site construction period of a floor slab.SOLUTION: A main girder 2 has one side face 11 and the other side face 12 on both sides in a width direction, a recessed part for adhesion is provided on the one side face 11 of the adjacent one main girder 2, a release sheet 29 is provided on the other side face 12 of the adjacent other main girder 2 opposed to the one side face 11 provided with the recessed part for adhesion, and space-filling concrete is filled in a joint part 3 between the one side face 11 and the other side face 12 of the adjacent main girders 2, 2, since the adjacent main girders 2, 2 are separated by the release sheet 29 after the space-filling concrete is cured to form a space-filling concrete part 4 closely adhered to the recessed part 25 for adhesion, an interval of the joint part 3 is adjusted to place the space-filling concrete, since an outer surface 24 of the cured space-filling concrete part 4 has a shape formed by transferring the other side surface 12 of the adjacent main girder 2, it is possible to form a floor slab 1 with a prescribed dimension by lining it up at an installation site, thereby shortening an on-site construction period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】床版の現場での工期を短縮する。【解決手段】主桁2は幅方向両側に一側面11及び他側面12を有し、隣り合う一方の主桁2の一側面11に密着用凹部を設けると共に、密着用凹部を設けた一側面11に対向する隣り合う他方の主桁2の他側面12に剥離シート29を設け、隣り合う主桁2,2の一側面11と他側面12の間の目地部3に間詰コンクリートを充填し、間詰コンクリートが硬化して密着用凹部25に密着した間詰コンクリート部4を形成した後、隣り合う主桁2,2を剥離シート29で分離するから、目地部3の間隔を調整して間詰コンクリートを打設し、硬化した間詰コンクリート部4の外面24は、隣り合う主桁2の他側面12を転写した形状となるから、設置場所で並べることにより、所定寸法の床版1を形成することでき、現場での工期の短縮が可能となる。【選択図】図6
