FLOOR SLAB STRUCTURE FOR APARTMENT HOUSE
To provide a floor slab structure for an apartment house, which suppresses noise from equipment piping to a dwelling unit and allows the piping route of equipment piping to be changed relatively easily when renewing a dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A floor slab structure of an apartment house is a floor slab structure of an apartment house with three or more floors, including a dwelling unit floor slab 35 installed in a dwelling unit 30, and a dwelling floor slab 22 provided in a common hallway 20 and connected to the dwelling unit floor slab 35. The dwelling floor slab 22 includes a low floor portion 23 constructed on the dwelling unit 30 side and a high floor portion 24 constructed at a higher position than the low floor position 23 on the opposite side of the dwelling unit 30 and is connected to the low floor portion 23 by a wall portion 25 extending in the vertical direction. A floor material 28 is provided on the low floor portion 23 to form a double floor 26. Equipment piping 100 of the apartment house is arranged from above the dwelling unit floor slab 35, via the double floor 26 of the low floor portion 23, through the wall portion 25, to below the high floor portion 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】設備配管から住戸への騒音を抑制し、かつ住戸のリニューアル時に設備配管の配管経路を比較的容易に変更可能な、集合住宅の床スラブ構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅の床スラブ構造は、３階建て以上の集合住宅における床スラブ構造であって、住戸３０に設けられる住戸床スラブ３５と、共用廊下２０に設けられて、住戸床スラブ３５が接続される、廊下床スラブ２２と、を備える。廊下床スラブ２２は、住戸３０側に構築された低床部２３と、住戸３０とは反対側で、低床部２３より高い位置に構築されて、上下方向に延在する壁部２５によって低床部２３に接続される高床部２４と、を備える。低床部２３上には床材２８が設けられて二重床２６が形成され、集合住宅の設備配管１００は、住戸床スラブ３５の上方から、低床部２３の二重床２６内を介し、壁部２５を貫通して前記高床部２４の下方へと配設される。【選択図】図３
