To provide a building floor structure excellent in sound insulation with fireproof performance.SOLUTION: A building floor structure 100 includes: a floorboard 60 on the upper floor of the building; and a beam 10 supporting the floorboard. The beam 10 has a first support member 41 and a second support member 42 having different spring constants that are installed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the beam 10. The spring constant K1 of a first support member 41 is higher than the spring constant K2 of a second support member 42, and the first support member 41 and the second support member 42 support the floor plate 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遮音性能に優れ、防火性能を備えている建物の床構造を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の上階の床板６０と、該床板を支持する梁１０と、を備える建物の床構造１００であって、梁１０には、バネ定数が互いに異なる第一支持部材４１及び第二支持部材４２が梁１０の長手方向に並んで取り付けられ、第一支持部材４１のバネ定数Ｋ１は、第二支持部材４２のバネ定数Ｋ２よりも高く、第一支持部材４１及び第二支持部材４２が床板６０を支持している。【選択図】図１
