To present to a user what area a work machine is scheduled to pass through at an actual work site to improve a work efficiency of the entire work site.SOLUTION: An area presentation device 50 of a work machine 1 comprises: a planned passage area calculation portion 55 calculating a planned passage area that is an area which the work machine 1 automatically moving according to a predetermined movement plan plans to pass during movement; an overhead image acquisition portion 56 acquiring an overhead image of surroundings of the work machine 1; a superimposed image generation portion 57 that generates a superimposed image in which the overhead image and the planned passage area are superimposed; and an output portion 58 that outputs the superimposed image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
