JOINING METHOD AND FLOOR SLAB STRUCTURE
To provide precast concrete floor slabs supported in two directions, one in the direction of a bridge axis and the other in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis, a joining method for smoothly introducing pre-stress into a joint in the direction of the bridge axis and a floor slab structure, and a joining method and a floor slab structure that can reduce the number of intervening members between a pair of precast concrete floor slabs.SOLUTION: A joining method according to one embodiment comprises the steps of: placing each precast concrete floor slab 5 at a position spaced apart from a support member 3 above each of a plurality of support members 3 extending in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis, and placing a plurality of precast concrete floor slabs 5 facing each other at a position other than directly above the support members 3; forming a joint 7 by filling a filler material 30 between a pair of precast concrete floor slabs 5 facing each other in a bridge axis direction D1; introducing pre-stress into a plurality of consecutive precast concrete floor slabs 5 in the bridge axial direction D1 by means of tensioning material 20; and filling the slabs with an inter-filling material 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】橋軸方向及び橋軸直角方向の2方向に支持されるプレキャストコンクリート床版、並びに橋軸方向の接合部に円滑にプレストレスを導入する接合方法を及び床版構造を提供する。一対のプレキャストコンクリート床版の間に介在する部材を低減できる接合方法及び床版構造を提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る接合方法は、橋軸直角方向に延びる複数の支持部材3のそれぞれの上方の支持部材3から離隔した位置に各プレキャストコンクリート床版5を設置して、支持部材3の直上以外の位置で複数のプレキャストコンクリート床版5を互いに対向させる工程と、橋軸方向D1に沿って互いに対向する一対のプレキャストコンクリート床版5の間に充填材30を充填して接合部7を形成する工程と、橋軸方向D1に連続する複数のプレキャストコンクリート床版5に緊張材20によってプレストレスを導入する工程と、間詰材40を充填する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図3
