To obtain a large-sized precast member that has high strength and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: This precast member 1 is mainly composed of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UFC), and includes an outer wall portion 10 having a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a substantially cylindrical inner surface concentric with the outer surface. The outer wall portion 10 is a thin portion 10A that is uniformly thin in the lower region R1 in the z direction, while the outer wall portion 10 is a thick portion 10B in the upper region R2 that is thicker toward the central axis C1 side. In addition, in the lower region R1, ribs 11A to 11F whose inner surfaces locally protrude toward the central axis C1 along the vertical direction are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い強度をもち容易に製造が可能な大型のプレキャスト部材を得る。【解決手段】このプレキャスト部材1は、超高性能繊維補強コンクリート(UFC)を主成分として構成され、略円筒形状の外面と、この外面と同心となる略円筒形状の内面を有する外壁部10を具備する。外壁部10は、z方向における下側の領域R1では一様に薄く形成された薄肉部10Aとなっているが、上側の領域R2では、これよりも中心軸C1側に向けて厚くされた厚肉部10Bとなっている。これに加え、下側の領域R1では、鉛直方向に沿って内面が中心軸C1側に向かって局所的に突出したリブ11A~11Fが、円周方向において等間隔で形成されている。【選択図】図1
