To provide a nursed/cared person abnormality detection device that allows nursing/care facility staff to properly detect a situation when a nursed/cared person faces a poor health condition in a rest room suddenly.SOLUTION: In a rest room unit 1 using a Western style toilet bowl equipped with a user abnormality detection device, a toilet bowl body 21/31 of a Western style toilet bowl in which a toilet bowl lid 23/33 is automatically opened and closed in a rest room unit 20/30 determines that some abnormality has occurred to a user and issues a warning when the toilet bowl lid is closed automatically after a prescribed time has passed since the user is seated on a toilet seat 22/32 and the user continues to be seated. A unit control part 10 notifies a nursing/care facility staff terminal 41 of an abnormal condition of a control terminal 11 and the user through a communication network 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】看護・介護施設職員が、被看護・介護者が洗面所内で急に体調不良に見舞われた場合に、その事態を的確に検知する被看護・介護者異常検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】利用者異常検知装置を備える洋式便器を用いた洗面所ユニット１において、洗面所ユニット２０、３０便器蓋２３、２４が自動開閉する洋式便器の便器本体２１、３２は、利用者が便座２２、３２に着座後所定の時間経過後に自動的に便器蓋が閉まり、そのまま利用者が着座し続けた場合に、利用者に何らかの異常が発生したと判断して、警告を発し、ユニット制御部１０が通信ネットワーク４０を介して制御端末１１及び利用者の異常事態を看護・介護施設職員端末４１に通報する。【選択図】図１
