To provide a multiple dwelling house which has much more openings on a corridor side.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house 10 has dwelling units 16 placed between a balcony 12 and a corridor 14. The dwelling unit 16 has a wall part 25 facing the corridor 14. The wall part 25 is placed on a corridor 14 side, having: a first wall 30 projecting along the corridor 14; a second wall 32 placed nearer to the balcony 12 side than to the first wall 30 and projecting along the corridor 14; and a third wall 33 connecting the first wall 30 and the second wall 32. 【課題】廊下側により多くの開口部が設けられた集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】バルコニー１２と、廊下１４とに挟まれた住戸１６を有する集合住宅１０である。住戸１６は廊下１４に面した壁部２５を有する。壁部２５は、廊下１４側に配置され、廊下１４に沿って延出した第１壁３０と、第１壁３０よりもバルコニー１２側に配置され、廊下１４に沿って延出した第２壁３２と、第１壁３０と第２壁３２とを接続する第３壁３３とを有する。第３壁３３に開口部３３ａが設けられている。【選択図】図１
