ARCHITECTURAL COMPONENT, AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF ARCHITECTURAL COMPONENT
To provide an architectural component having a structure capable of preventing heat from propagating to steel materials, and a production method of the architectural component.SOLUTION: The architectural component includes: two timbers 20 each formed with a through hole 20h; a steel plate member 10 sandwiched by two timbers 20; multiple hollow connectors 30 with an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 20h, which is press-fitted inside the through hole 20h with one end in contact with the steel member 10; a holding plate 50 that is placed at the other end of the connector 30; and a high-strength bolt that penetrates the holding plate 50, the connector 30 and the steel member 10 and fixes the timber 20 to the steel member 10 via the connector 30. In an area between the two timbers 20 where the steel member 10 is not placed, a joint material 60 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼材に熱が伝播しにくい構造を備える建築部材及び建築部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】それぞれ貫通孔20hが形成された2つの木材20と、2つの木材20それぞれにより挟まれる板状の鋼材10と、外径が貫通孔20hの内径より大きい中空のコネクタ30であって、貫通孔20hの内部に圧入され、且つ、一方の端部が鋼材10と接する複数の中空のコネクタ30と、コネクタ30の他方の端部に配置される押さえプレート50と、押さえプレート50、コネクタ30及び鋼材10を貫通し、木材20を鋼材10にコネクタ30を介して固定する高力ボルトと、を備え、2つの木材20の間における鋼材10が配置されていない部分に継ぎ材60が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
