At least one wall of a plurality of walls constituting the first habitable room 24 is an external wall 14 located on the outer peripheral wall 5 side. A window 14a is disposed on the external wall 14. An opening 5a is formed on the outer peripheral wall 5. The window 14a of the first habitable room 24 and the opening 5a of the outer peripheral wall 5 are disposed at positions that overlap in front view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
