EVALUATION METHOD OF SUBSTRATE IN GRANULAR FIBER SPRAYING, METHOD OF FORMING FIBER LAYER, AND COATING STRUCTURE
To provide a technique in which a formed fiber layer is hardly peeled off even when a cement slurry with a high water-cement ratio, a polymer emulsion or a slurry obtained by mixing an alkali silicate, inorganic powder and water is used as an aggregation material and is sprayed on a surface of a substrate together with a granular fiber to form the fiber layer in a predetermined thickness.MEANS: A technique includes: a step A of spraying a granular fiber together with an aggregation material onto a substrate to form a fiber layer having a predetermined thickness, attaching the granular fiber to a substrate under same conditions as those of a first substrate on which it is confirmed that the formed fiber layer does not fall off, using the aggregation material or liquid containing a main component of the aggregation material, and measuring adhesive force (P1) between the granular fiber and the substrate under the same conditions; a step B of sticking the granular fiber to a second substrate with the aggregation material or the liquid of the main component of the aggregation material and measuring adhesion force (P2) between the granular fiber and the second substrate at that time; and a step C of confirming that the P2 is equal to or larger than the P1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い水セメント比のセメントスラリー、ポリマーエマルション、又は珪酸アルカリ、無機粉末及び水を混合したスラリーを凝集材として用い、粒状繊維とともに下地の表面に吹付け、繊維層を所定厚みで形成する場合であっても、形成した繊維層が剥落することが少ない技術を提供すること。【手段】粒状繊維を凝集材とともに下地に吹付け繊維層を所定厚みで形成し形成した繊維層が剥落しないことを確認している第一の下地と同じ条件の下地に上記凝集材又は上記凝集材の主成分の液体で粒状繊維を貼り付け、そのときの当該粒状繊維と同一条件下地との付着力(P1)を測定するA工程と、粒状繊維を第二の下地に上記凝集材又は上記凝集材の主成分の液体で貼り付け、そのときの当該粒状繊維と第二の下地との付着力(P2)を測定するB工程と、上記P2がP1以上であることを確認するC工程を具備する。【選択図】なし
