FIBER COMPOSITION SPRAYING METHOD
To provide a technique to allow for estimating that absolute dry bulk density of a fiber layer to be formed is within a predetermined range during construction and a technique to make the absolute dry bulk density of the fiber layer formed by construction fall within a predetermined range in a fiber composition spraying method by a dry construction method or semi-dry construction method.SOLUTION: In a fiber composition spraying method, fiber or fiber dry composition of a predetermined amount is supplied into a fiber pressure feed passage; the fiber or the fiber dry composition is air-pumped by supplying a predetermined amount of air into the fiber pressure feed passage using an air blower and subsequently discharged from a fiber discharge port; a liquid additive is injected from one or a plurality of liquid additive injection ports provided either on an outer periphery or inside of the fiber discharge port or in the fiber pressure feed passage within 1 m from the fiber discharge port so as to spray a merged and mixed material obtained by merging and mixing the fiber or the fiber dry composition and the liquid additive to a coating object. The merged and mixed material is sprayed while checking the pressure in the fiber pressure feed passage during air pumping of the fiber or the fiber dry composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乾式工法又は半乾式工法による繊維組成物の吹付け工法において、形成される繊維層の絶乾嵩密度が所定の範囲内であることを施工中に推定できる技術、施工により形成された繊維層の絶乾嵩密度が所定の範囲内となる技術を提供する。【解決手段】繊維又は繊維乾燥組成物を繊維圧送経路内に所定量供給し、繊維圧送経路内に送風機を用いて空気を所定量供給することで繊維又は繊維乾燥組成物を空気圧送した後に繊維吐出口より吐出し、当該繊維吐出口の外周又は内部、或いは繊維吐出口から1m以内の繊維圧送経路内の何れかに設けた1個又は複数個の液状添加材用の噴射口から液状添加材を噴射することで、上記繊維又は繊維乾燥組成物と液状添加材とを合流混合した合流混合物を被覆対象物に吹付ける繊維組成物の吹付け方法であって、繊維又は繊維乾燥組成物の空気圧送時の繊維圧送経路内における圧力を確認しながら上記合流混合物を吹付ける。【選択図】図1
