To provide a structure holding jig and a structure construction method that can improve degree of freedom in shaping a structure without increasing labor of a construction work.SOLUTION: A structure holding jig comprises: a main body portion 21; a first holding portion 22a connected to one end of the main body portion 21; and a second holding portion 22b connected to the other end of the main body portion 21.
