To provide a cleaning facility and a cleaning method that can properly wash and dry bedding.SOLUTION: A cleaning facility 1 comprises a plurality of facilities 2 each having a washing/drying machine for washing bedding and a drying machine for drying the bedding. Each of the plurality of facilities 2 is managed by bedding stores 10, 20, 30 that sell bedding. The plurality of facilities 2 include: a first facility 21 that receives bedding from users of the cleaning facility 1 and washes and dries the bedding using a washing/drying machine and a drying machine; and a second facility 22 in which users wash and dry bedding by themselves using the washing/drying machine and the drying machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
