TRACK SELF-PROPELLED SAND CLEANING FACILITY
To solve the problem that work efficiency is low due to manual cleaning of sand accumulated on a rail.SOLUTION: A track self-propelled sand cleaning facility comprises a cleaning roller brush, a sand cleaning shovel, a chain-type sand scraper, a belt conveyor and a track vehicle body, wherein the sand cleaning shovel is connected to a front end of the track vehicle body, the chain-type sand scraper is disposed inside the sand cleaning shovel, the cleaning roller brush is connected to the front side of the sand cleaning shovel, a transmission structure is connected between the cleaning roller brush and the chain-type sand scraper, the belt conveyor is disposed on the track vehicle body and located on the rear side of the sand cleaning shovel, the cleaning roller brush is driven by a driving motor to sweep accumulated sand on a track to the sand cleaning shovel on the rear side, the chain-type sand scraper is driven by the transmission structure to scrape accumulated sand on the sand cleaning shovel to the belt conveyor on the rear side, and the belt conveyor carries the accumulated sand to the outside of the track so that the accumulated sand on the track can be quickly cleaned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールに堆積した砂を手動で清掃することによる作業効率が低いという課題を解決する。【解決手段】軌道自走式砂清掃設備は、清掃ロールブラシと、砂清掃シャベルと、チェーン式砂かき板と、ベルトコンベアと、軌道車体とを含み、砂清掃シャベルは軌道車体の先端に接続され、チェーン式砂かき板は砂清掃シャベルの内部に配置され、清掃ロールブラシは砂清掃シャベルの前方に接続され、清掃ロールブラシとチェーン式砂かき板との間に伝動構造が接続され、ベルトコンベアは軌道車体に配置されて且つ砂清掃シャベルの後方に位置し、清掃ロールブラシは駆動モータによって駆動されて、軌道の堆積砂を後方の砂清掃シャベルに掃き出し、チェーン式砂かき板は伝動構造によって駆動されて、砂清掃シャベル上の堆積砂を後方のベルトコンベアに掻き、ベルトコンベアは、堆積砂を軌道の外側に搬送することで、軌道の堆積砂を迅速に清掃することができる。【選択図】図1
