METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC SINTERED COMPACT

To provide a method for producing a ceramic sintered compact capable of uniformly distributing a boron nitride powder used as a separation material on a surface of a green body and of suppressing waviness of the resulting ceramic sintered compact.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ceramic sintered compact includes the steps of: applying a boron nitride powder slurry containing a boron nitride powder, a dispersant, and a dispersing agent to at least one surface of a green body containing the ceramic powder and a first binder to form a separating material layer on at least one surface of the green body; laminating a plurality of green bodies with the separating material layer formed thereon, to produce a laminate with the separating material layer between adjacent green bodies; firing the laminate to produce a laminated ceramic sintered compact; and separating the ceramic sintered compact from the sintered compact laminate, where HLB (Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance) value of the dispersing agent is 7 to 20.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】分離材として使用される窒化ホウ素粉末をグリーン体の表面に均一に分布させることができ、得られるセラミック焼結体のうねりを抑制できる、セラミック焼結体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセラミック焼結体の製造方法は、セラミック粉末と第１のバインダーとを含むグリーン体の少なくとも一方の面に、窒化ホウ素粉末と分散媒と分散剤とを含む窒化ホウ素粉末スラリーを塗布して、グリーン体の少なくとも一方の面に分離材層を形成する工程、分離材層を形成したグリーン体を複数枚積層して、隣接するグリーン体間に分離材層が設けられた積層体を作製する工程、積層体を焼成して、セラミック焼結体の積層体を作製する工程、及びセラミック焼結体の積層体からセラミック焼結体を分離する工程を含み、分散剤のＨＬＢ（Ｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌｅ－ＬｉｐｏｐｈｉｌｅＢａｌａｎｃｅ）の値が７～２０である。【選択図】なし
