HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION NOZZLE DEVICE AND FOUNDATION IMPROVEMENT DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
To solve problems of a conventional high-pressure injection nozzle device including the necessity of much manufacturing cost due to the use of an air cover with a plurality of inclined grooves formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof, and the necessity of replacement of the air cover every time the air cover is damaged by an injected and splashed curing liquid (including crushed solid material and foundation).SOLUTION: A high-pressure injection nozzle device can suppress a manufacturing cost and a repair and replacement cost lower as the device has protrusions 50b that are disposed on an inner peripheral surface of an outer peripheral inclined groove member 50 having inclined grooves 50a inclined obliquely in substantially the same direction toward a tip direction on an inner peripheral surface, protrude inward, and are abutted against an outer peripheral surface of a nozzle body part 24. Compressed air can be injected from a compressed air injection port on a tip of an air flow channel between the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral inclined groove member 50 and the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body part 24 in a state where the outer peripheral inclined groove member 50 rotating in circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body 24 is hard to fluctuate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
【課題】従来の高圧噴射ノズル装置は、内周面に傾斜溝が複数個形成されたエアカバーを用いているので、多くの製造費が必要となるとともに、エアカバーは、噴射されて跳ね返った硬化材液(粉砕された固形物および地盤を含む)により損傷し、損傷される毎にエアカバーの交換が必要となるという問題があった。【解決手段】内周面に先端方向に向かって斜め略同方向に傾斜する傾斜溝50aが形成されている外周傾斜溝部材50の内周面に設けられ、内側に突出してノズル本体部24の外周面に当接される突起部50bを有しているので、製造費および修理交換費を安価に抑えることができるとともに、ノズル本体24の外周面円周方向に回動する外周傾斜溝部材50が変動され難くなった状態で、外周傾斜溝部材50の内周面とノズル本体部24と外周面の間の空気流路先端の圧縮空気噴射口から圧縮空気を噴射させることができる。【選択図】図21
