To provide a door closer which does not impair the authentic property of a door and the atmosphere in the vicinity of an entrance, and is excellent in safety such as not jumping around even if a bent part is broken.SOLUTION: A door closer includes: an elastic member 10 formed of a rectangular elastic piece whose one end is bent and fixed to one side of a door frame F as a fixing section 11 and whose the other end is formed into a free end and serves as an urging section 12 for urging a door D in a direction in which the door D is always closed by an elastic restoring force of the elastic piece in a state in which the elastic piece is in sliding contact with a surface D1 of the door D; and a restoring force transmission member 20 mounted on the door D so as to straddle the urging section 12 and guiding the sliding contact posture of the elastic member 10 on the surface D1 of the door D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドアの意匠性や出入口付近の雰囲気を損ねることがなく、また、屈曲箇所が万一折損しても、周囲に飛び跳ねることがなく、安全性にも優れたドアクローザを提供する。【解決手段】短冊状の弾性片から構成され、弾性片の一端部が屈曲されて戸枠Ｆの一側部に固定される固定部１１とされる一方、弾性片の他端部が自由端とされて開き戸Ｄの表面Ｄ１と摺接状態で前記弾性片の弾性復元力により開き戸Ｄを常に閉まる方向に付勢する付勢部１２とされた弾性部材１０と、開き戸Ｄに付勢部１２を跨ぐように取り付けられ、開き戸Ｄの表面Ｄ１における弾性部材１０の摺接姿勢を案内する復元力伝達部材２０と、を備えた。【選択図】図１
