METHOD OF REMOVING EXISTING JOINT DEVICE
To provide a method of removing existing joint devices which is unlikely to cause damage to floor slabs.SOLUTION: A method for removing a joint device, which has a body part 10 in which metal wall parts are spaced apart from each other in the left and right direction and multiple connecting members 20 which protrude outward to the left and right sides from the body part 10, and in which the connecting members 20 are fixed to an anchor reinforcement 1 that is embedded in a floor slab S and is erected, and of which the body part 10 is fixed by concrete 30 on the left and right outer sides, includes a cutting process 300 in which a cutter is moved in the front-rear direction to cut both left and right sides of the anchor reinforcement 1, a first block removal process 500 to remove the blocks of the body part 10 and the concrete 30 cut off in the cutting process 300, and a destruction process 600 to destroy the concrete 30 left between the front and rear adjacent anchor reinforcements 1 and remove the concrete 30 pieces which have been brought about as a result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床版を損傷し難い既設ジョイント装置の撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の壁部同士が左右方向に離間してなる本体部10と、本体部10から左右外側に突出する複数の連接部材20と、を有し、床版Sに埋め込まれて立設するアンカー筋1に連接部材20が固定されるとともに、コンクリート30で本体部10の左右外側を固められたジョイント装置の撤去方法であって、前後方向にカッターを移動させてアンカー筋1の左右両側を切断する切断工程300と、切断工程300により切り離された本体部10及びコンクリート30のブロックを取り除く第一ブロック除去工程500と、前後に隣接するアンカー筋1の間に残されたコンクリート30を破壊し、それにより生じたコンクリート30片を取り除く破壊工程600と、を備える。【選択図】図3
