SAND PILE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
To provide sand pile construction equipment capable of reducing the overall construction cost while reducing the environmental load by reducing piled-up soil and leftover soil generated during construction and by reducing the use of filling material sand.SOLUTION: A sand pile construction equipment 1 includes: a casing 10 that penetrates ground D while rotating and repeats the ejection and driving back pile material S when pulling it out to create a sand pile by compacting without vibrations or noises; a forced lifting unit 6 that moves up and down the casing 10 along a leader 2 installed upright on the construction machine body 3; a rotary drive unit 7 that supports the casing 10 rotatably in forward and reverse directions; and an excavation/compaction unit 20 that is spanned across an opening at the tip of the casing 10 to excavate and compact the ground D. The excavation/compaction unit 20 has an excavation part that excavates the ground in the forward rotation direction of the casing 10 and a compaction face that compacts the ground D in the reverse rotation direction of the casing 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工時に発生する盛上がり土や残土を減らし、かつ、中詰めの材料砂の使用を削減することで、施工全体の低コスト化及び環境負荷の低減を図ることができる砂杭造成用施工装置を提供する。【解決手段】砂杭造成用施工装置１は、地盤Ｄ中に回転させながら貫入し、引き抜く際の杭材料Ｓの排出と打ち戻しを繰り返すことで無振動・無騒音にて締固めて砂杭を造成するケーシング１０と、このケーシング１０を施工機本体３に立設されたリーダ２に沿って昇降動させる強制昇降装置６と、ケーシング１０を回転自在に支持して正回転方向及び逆回転方向に回転させる回転駆動装置７と、ケーシング１０の先端開口を横切るように放射状に架け渡され、地盤Ｄを掘削・締固める掘削・締固め部２０と、を備え、この掘削・締固め部２０は、ケーシング１０の正回転方向側に地盤を掘削する掘削部を有すると共に、ケーシング１０の逆回転方向側に地盤Ｄを締固める締固め面を有する。【選択図】図１
