GIRDER FOR CULVERT AND SPLIT TYPE CULVERT INCORPORATING THE SAME AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a novel precast concrete culvert technology which can significantly reduce manufacturing man-hours and manufacturing costs by making it possible to arrange expansion lattice bars further efficiently, and can significantly reduce construction and maintenance costs by further increasing durability and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a main girder 2 made of precast concrete that spans between the upper ends of piers and becomes a part of a culvert, being the main girder 2 for culvert. In a girder body 20 of the main girder 2, at a position near the lower surface at the center between both ends of the girder body 20 in an L direction of the main girder length, with an appropriate covering thickness, expansion lattice bars 4 are provided with a width W that is more than 1/4 and less than 1/2 of the dimension between both ends in the L direction of the main girder length, meanwhile, at a position near the top of the girder body 20 between both ends in the L direction of the main girder length, with an appropriate covering thickness, expansion lattice bars 4, 4 are provided with a width dimension W that is more than 1/4 and less than 1/2 of the dimension between both ends in the L direction of the main girder length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】展張格子筋をより効率的に配筋可能として、製造工数および製造コストを大幅削減可能とする上、耐久強度、耐摩耗強度をより高めて施工およびメンテナンスのコストを大幅に削減できる新たなプレキャストコンクリート製のカルバート技術を提供する。【解決手段】橋脚の上端間に架け渡されてカルバートの一部となるプレキャストコンクリート製の主桁2であって、該主桁2の主桁本体20内に、主桁本体20の主桁長L方向両端間の中央の下面寄りの適宜被り厚となる位置に、主桁長L方向両端間寸法の1/4を超え、且つ1/2未満に相当する幅寸法Wの展張格子筋4が設けられると共に、主桁本体20の主桁長L方向両端間の両端寄りの上面寄りの適宜被り厚となる位置に、主桁長L方向両端間寸法の1/4を超え、且つ1/2未満に相当する幅寸法Wの展張格子筋4,4が設けられてなるカルバート用主桁2である。【選択図】図1
