To provide a device for preventing flooding from ventilation holes in a building foundation drain, a building equipped with the flooding prevention device, and a method for preventing flooding.SOLUTION: A sill throating with ventilation holes for ventilation under floors of buildings is in general use, but flooding through these ventilation holes has caused damage due to flooding above and under the floors. Then, there are provided a sill throating that prevents flooding damage from ventilation holes by easily and securely closing the ventilation holes from the outside with a waterproof member when flooding is predicted, etc., and a device for preventing flooding into a building by pre-fixing waterproof member attachment members to a conventional sill throating and closing the ventilation holes from the outside with waterproof members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物土台水切りの換気孔からの浸水防止装置、浸水防止装置を備えた建物及び浸水防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物床下等の換気を図るための換気孔を設けた土台水切りが一般的に普及しているがこの換気孔からの浸水による、床上、床下浸水の被害が発生している。そこで、浸水発生予測時等に換気孔を外側から防水部材で簡便かつ確実に閉じて、換気孔からの浸水被害を防止する土台水切りと、従来からの土台水切りに防水部材取付部材を予め固定しておき、防水部材で換気孔を外側から閉じて建物への浸水防止を図る建物浸水防止装置。【選択図】図１
