The present invention relates to a water stop apparatus for preventing flooding. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the water stop apparatus for preventing flooding includes: a body part (110) including a fixing frame (111) installed and fixed in a floodable part of a building (10), and an opening/closing frame (113) connected to the fixing frame (111) to be rotatable so as to open and close an open part (112) of the fixing frame (111); a panel part (120) installed and fixed in the opening/closing frame (113), and made of a material preventing the permeation of water from the outside of the building and securing lighting and sight; and a control handle part (130) provided in the body part (110) and opening and closing a space between the fixing frame (111) and the opening/closing frame (113). Therefore, the present invention is capable of considerably reducing maintenance costs.
본 발명은 침수 방지용 물막이 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 침수 방지용 물막이 장치는 건물(10)의 침수 가능 부위에 설치 고정되는 고정프레임(111)과, 상기 고정프레임(111)의 개방부(112)를 개폐하도록 상기 고정프레임(111)에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 개폐프레임(113)을 포함하는 본체부(110), 상기 개폐프레임(113)의 내부에 설치 고정되며, 건물 외부로부터의 물의 침입을 방지하며 채광 및 시야 확보가 가능한 소재로 이루어진 패널부(120), 및 상기 본체부(110)에 구비되며 상기 고정프레임(111)과 상기 개폐프레임(113) 사이를 개폐시키는 조작핸들부(130)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a water stop apparatus for preventing flooding. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the water stop apparatus for preventing flooding includes: a body part (110) including a fixing frame (111) installed and fixed in a floodable part of a building (10), and an opening/closing frame (113) connected to the fixing frame (111) to be rotatable so as to open and close an open part (112) of the fixing frame (111); a panel part (120) installed and fixed in the opening/closing frame (113), and made of a material preventing the permeation of water from the outside of the building and securing lighting and sight; and a control handle part (130) provided in the body part (110) and opening and closing a space between the fixing frame (111) and the opening/closing frame (113). Therefore, the present invention is capable of considerably reducing maintenance costs.
