To provide an ejector capable of suppressing blockage in a diffuser part, a conveyance device including the same, and a conveyance method.SOLUTION: The ejector includes: a cylindrical metal body part having a first main channel and a suction port that supplies compressed air from the surrounding area to the first main channel; and a resin diffuser part having a second main channel whose cross-sectional area of a flow path expands along the flow direction. The first main channel and the second main channel are connected to form the flow path. The resin diffuser part and the metal body part are bonded together so that a material to be conveyed flows from the first main channel to the second main channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
