To provide a vibration control hardware capable of controlling vibration of ceilings on lower floors.SOLUTION: A vibration control hardware for connecting a joist to a ceiling beam comprises a first fixing member fixed to a lateral surface of the ceiling beam, a second fixing member fixed to a lateral surface of the joist, and a viscoelastic body bonded to the first and second fixing members, wherein the first fixing member has opposing side plates, a bottom plate connecting bottom ends of the side plates, and a first fixing portion standing at a right angle outwardly from side edges of the opposing side plates and contacting the lateral surface of the ceiling beam, the second fixing member has a second fixing portion contacting the lateral surface of the joist, a joint portion positioned opposite an outer surface of the side plate of the first fixing member, and a step located between the second fixing portion and the joint portion, and the viscoelastic body bonds the outer surface of the side plate of the first fixing member and an inner surface of the joint portion of the second fixing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
