CAPSULE TYPE SENSOR INSTALLATION METHOD AND INSTALLATION SYSTEM THEREOF
To provide a capsule type sensor installation system allowing underground installation of a capsule type sensor to be easily carried out through an installation hole and eliminating the need for civil engineering construction machines and auxiliary facilities, so as to improve flexibility of installation conditions of the capsule type sensor.SOLUTION: A capsule type sensor installation system is provided with: a drill hole part drilling an installation hole MH with a drilling rod 1; a guide pipe insertion arrangement part B inserting and arranging a guide pipe 2 capable of guiding insertion of a capsule CS to a capsule installation position P corresponding to an installation depth; a filler filling part C filling crushed filler 3 such as crushed rocks and sediment between an outer peripheral surface 2a and an inner surface MH1 of the installation hole; a capsule insertion part D guiding and inserting the capsule with the guide pipe to the capsule installation position; a capsule temporal installation part temporarily installing the capsule with the filler between the outer peripheral surface of the guide pipe and the inner surface of the installation hole; a capsule installation part installing and fixing the capsule at the capsule installation position with the filler by pulling out a vacuum pad VP; and a backfilling part backfilling the filler in a left space of the installation hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】埋設孔によりカプセル型センサの地中埋設を容易に行うことができ、土木建設機械や付帯設備が不要となり、カプセル型センサの埋設条件の融通性を向上することができる。【解決手段】削孔ロッド1により埋設孔MHを削孔する削孔部と、カプセルCSを埋設深さに対応するカプセル設置位置Pまで挿入案内可能なガイドパイプ2を挿入配置するガイドパイプ挿入配置部Bと、砕石や砂利等の充填材3をガイドパイプの外周面2aと埋設孔の内面MH1との間に投入する充填材投入部Cと、ガイドパイプによりカプセル設置位置まで案内挿入するカプセル挿入部Dと、ガイドパイプの外周面と埋設孔の内面との間の充填材でカプセルを仮埋設するカプセル仮埋設部と、真空パッドVPを引き抜いて充填材でカプセルをカプセル設置位置に埋設固定するカプセル埋設部と、埋設孔内の残部空間に埋戻材を埋め戻す埋戻部とを備えてなる。【選択図】図5
