CAPSULE TYPE AQUATIC PUMP INSTALLATION METHOD
The present invention is a technology related to a submerged pump used for developing a hot spring. The present invention relates to a capsule type submerged pump installing method facilitating maintenance and installation and effectively preventing a temperature decrease of discharged hot spring water. Specifically, the capsule type submerged pump installing method is characterized by including a drilling step of drilling a hot-spring hole at a depth wherein hot water of 28-40°C is generated using excavating equipment; a suction pipe inserting step of inserting a suction pipe made of a synthetic resin material connected by thermal bonding inside the hot spring hole; a capsule type submerged pump assembling step of embedding the submerged pump inside a case having open upper and lower parts while being hanging inside the case by being fixed to the upper part of the case while inserting the submerged pump through the upper part of the case; a capsule type submerged pump connecting step of connecting the lower part of the case to the upper part of the suction pipe; a discharge pipe connecting step of connecting a discharge pipe doubly insulated to an outlet of the submerged pump protruding through the upper part of the case; and a positioning step of moving the suction pipe, capsule type submerged pump, and the discharge pipe integrally connected downward until the lower part of the suction pipe reaches the bottom of the hot spring hole.
본 발명은 온천 개발시 등에 사용되는 수중펌프와 관련되는 기술로서 유지보수 및 설치가 용이하며 토출되는 온천수의 수온 하강을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 캡슐형 수중펌프 시공방법에 관련되고, 구체적으로 굴착장비를 이용하여 28~40℃의 고온수가 생성되는 깊이까지 온천공을 굴착하도록 하는 굴착단계; 열융착으로 연결된 합성수지재의 흡입 파이프를 상기 온천공 내부로 집어넣도록 하는 흡입 파이프 삽입단계; 상단과 하단이 개구된 케이스의 상기 상단을 통해 수중펌프를 삽입시키되, 상기 수중펌프가 케이스의 상단에 지지되어 상기 케이스의 내부에 매달린 상태로 내장되게 하는 캡슐형 수중펌프 조립단계; 상기 케이스의 하단을 상기 흡입 파이프 상단과 연결하도록 하는 캡슐형 수중펌프 연결단계; 상기 케이스의 상단을 통해 돌출된 상기 수중펌프의 토출구에 이중 보온되는 토출 파이프를 연결하도록 하는 토출 파이프 연결단계; 상기 흡입 파이프의 하단이 상기 온천공 바닥 부근까지 도달되도록 일체로 연결된 흡입 파이프, 캡슐형 수중펌프 및 토출 파이프를 하강시키도록 하는 위치잡기단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention is a technology related to a submerged pump used for developing a hot spring.
