METHOD OF PRODUCING WOLLASTONITE-CONTAINING FIRED PRODUCT

To provide a wollastonite-containing material useful as a material to be blended in a hydraulic composition such as cement and concrete, using waste such as biomass ash and construction waste soil.SOLUTION: A method of producing a wollastonite-containing fired product, comprises: a raw-material mixing step of mixing a Ca source and a Cl source with a siliceous raw material; and a mineral forming step of firing the mixed raw materials obtained by the raw-material mixing step to form wollastonite (CaSiO3). It is preferable to use a raw material composition including alkali metal in a poorly water soluble state, such as biomass ash and construction waste soil.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】バイオマス灰や建設発生土などの廃棄物を利用して、セメント、コンクリート等の水硬性組成物に配合する材料などとして有用なウォラストナイト含有素材を提供する。【解決手段】ケイ酸質原料にＣａ源とＣｌ源とを調合する原料調合工程と、前記原料調合工程を経て得られた原料調合物を焼成してウォラストナイト（ＣａＳｉＯ３）を形成させる鉱物形成工程とを含む、ウォラストナイト含有焼成物の製造方法である。そのケイ酸質原料としては、バイオマス灰や建設発生土など、アルカリ金属を難水溶性の状態で含む原料組成物を用いることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
