To provide a decorative sheet which can exhibit excellent moist heat resistance and weather resistance while having sufficient adhesion, and a metallic decorative member using the same.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 has a base material layer 11, a weather-resistant layer 14 provided on the base material layer 11, an anti-fouling layer 15 provided on the weather-resistant layer 14, and an adhesive layer 13 provided between the base material layer 11 and the weather-resistant layer 14, wherein the adhesive layer 13 contains a polyester resin, a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, and an isocyanate curing agent, the polyester resin has phthalic acid, straight chain dicarboxylic acid and alkylene diol as components, and a mass ratio (polyester resin: bisphenol A type epoxy resin) of the polyester resin to the bisphenol A type epoxy resin is within a range of 50:50 to 90:10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】十分な接着性を有しながらも、優れた耐湿熱性及び耐候性を発現し得る化粧シート及びこれを利用する金属化粧部材を提供する。【解決手段】基材層１１と、基材層１１上に設けられる耐候性層１４と、耐候性層１４上に設けられる耐汚性層１５と、基材層１１と耐候性層１４との間に設けられる接着層１３とを備える化粧シート１０において、接着層１３は、ポリエステル樹脂及びビスフェノールＡ型エポキシ樹脂並びにイソシアネート硬化剤を含有し、ポリエステル樹脂は、フタル酸、直鎖ジカルボン酸及びアルキレンジオールを構成要素に有し、ポリエステル樹脂とビスフェノールＡ型エポキシ樹脂との質量割合（ポリエステル樹脂：ビスフェノールＡ型エポキシ樹脂）が、５０：５０から９０：１０までの範囲内にあることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
