PIPING RENEWAL METHOD AND PIPING STRUCTURE
To facilitate work for renewing existing piping to piping having flexibility.SOLUTION: A piping renewal method comprises: a step for preparing an inside lead wire 20 having an inside guide magnet 22 arranged at a tip, and an inside holding magnet 28 inserted into an existence pipe 42, and an outside lead wire 10 at which an outside guide magnet 12 is arranged at a tip; a moving step for moving the inside lead wire 20 up to the other end side from one end side of the existing pipe 42 in a state that the outside guide magnet 12 is sucked to the inside guide magnet 22 which is inserted into the existing pipe 42 via the existing pipe 42, and making the existing pipe 42 follow up to the other end side from one end side by making the outside lead wire 10 follow the inside lead wire 20; and a holding step for making a renewal pipe 44 follow the existing pipe 42 by making the renewal pipe 44 in which the outside holding magnet 18 is arranged pull the tip of the outside lead pipe 10 connected to a rear end, and making the renewal pipe 44 hold the existing pipe 42 by making the inside holding magnet 28 suck the outside holding magnet 18 thereto via the existing pipe 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明は、既設の配管を、可撓性を有する配管に更新する作業の容易化を目的とする。【解決手段】先端に設けられた内側案内磁石22及び既設管42に挿入される内側保持磁石28を有する内側リード線20と、先端に外側案内磁石12が設けられた外側リード線10とを準備する準備工程と、既設管42に挿入した内側案内磁石22に外側案内磁石12を既設管42を介して吸引させた状態で、内側リード線20を既設管42の一端側から他端側まで移動させ、外側リード線10を内側リード線20に追従させて既設管42の一端側から他端側まで沿わせる移動工程と、外側保持磁石18が設けられた更新管44が後端に接続された外側リード線10の先端を引っ張り、更新管44を既設管42に沿わせると共に、内側保持磁石28に既設管42を介して外側保持磁石18を吸引させて更新管44を既設管42に保持させる保持工程と、を備える、配管更新方法。【選択図】図4
