ANTI-CORROSION STRUCTURE AND PROTECTIVE COVER UNIT
To provide an anti-corrosion technology that solves problems caused by non-uniformity in a structure of steel pipe sheet piles and has excellent workability and anti-corrosion effects.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosion structure 1 includes an anti-corrosion layer 2 that contacts a surface 10a of a steel pipe sheet pile 10, a protective cover unit 3, and fixing means 4. The fixing means 4 includes a bolt 41 and a nut 45 fixed to the outer surface of a joint tube connection structure 120. A protective cover unit 3 includes an inner layer 31, an intermediate layer 32, and an outer layer 33 in order from the anti-corrosion layer 2. These three layers 31 to 33 each include a buffer material and a protective cover located further from the anti-corrosion layer 2 than the buffer material, and have an insertion hole at a position corresponding to the joint tube connection structure 120 that penetrates the layer 31, 32, or 33 in the thickness direction and into which the bolt 41 is inserted. An insertion hole 320 of the intermediate layer 32 is a long hole extending along the connection direction X, and the length L1 of the long hole in the longitudinal direction is longer than the outer diameter L2 of the bolt 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼管矢板の構造の不均一性に起因する問題を解決し、施工性及び防食効果に優れる防食技術を提供すること。【解決手段】防食構造1は、鋼管矢板10の表面10aに接触する防食層2と、保護カバーユニット3と、固定手段4とを有する。固定手段4は、継手管連結構造120の外面に固定されたボルト41とナット45とを有する。保護カバーユニット3は、防食層2から近い順に、内層31、中間層32及び外層33を有する。これら3層31~33は、それぞれ、緩衝材と、該緩衝材よりも防食層2から遠い側に位置する保護カバーとを有するとともに、当該層31,32又は33を厚み方向に貫通し且つボルト41が挿通される挿通孔を継手管連結構造120に対応する位置に有する。中間層32の挿通孔320は、連結方向Xに沿って延びる長孔であり、該長孔の長軸方向の長さL1がボルト41の外径L2に比べて長い。【選択図】図3
