BUCKLING RESTRAINT BRACE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide: a buckling restraint brace with satisfactory maneuverability while reducing the number of components in the end regions in the longitudinal direction; and a manufacturing method of the buckling restraint brace capable of ensuring the welding quality and excellent weldability.SOLUTION: A buckling restraint brace 100 includes: a steel core material 10; a pair of restraining materials 30 arranged to face two wide surfaces 10a; end plate 14 welded to ends 12a of wide parts 12; a pair of stiffeners 50 welded to both sides 31 of the pair of restraining materials 30; and end reinforcement materials 15 each surrounding at least the wide part 12. The end reinforcement member 15 includes a pair of joining plates 17 orthogonal to the wide portion 12 and a pair of reinforcing plates 16 connecting the same. At least a part of the joining plate 17 is formed, by bending a part of the reinforcing plate 16, the joining plate 17 is welded to the end 12b of the wide part 12, and an end portion 17c of the joint plate 17 is welded to the end plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】長手方向の端部領域における部品点数が低減されて取り回し性が良好である座屈拘束ブレースと、溶接性に優れ、溶接品質を担保できる座屈拘束ブレースの製作方法を提供すること。【解決手段】座屈拘束ブレース100は、鋼製の芯材10と、2つの広幅面10aに対向するように配設されている一対の拘束材30と、広幅部12の端部12aに溶接接合されるエンドプレート14と、一対の拘束材30の両側面31に溶接接合されている一対の補剛材50と、少なくとも広幅部12を包囲する端部補強材15とを有し、端部補強材15は、広幅部12に直交する一対の接合板17と、これらを繋ぐ一対の補強板16とを備え、補強板16の一部が曲げ加工されることにより接合板17の少なくとも一部が形成され、広幅部12の端部12bに接合板17が溶接接合され、接合板17の端部17cがエンドプレート14に溶接接合されている。【選択図】図6
